ive got a s13 blacktop sr completely stock at the moment, ive got a t28 with an hks adjustable wastegate that id like to install. id like to run about 13psi with the t28. what would i have to do as far as tuning? the guy i got the t28 from ran it on his s13 black top at 10psi with no tune, and it ran rich (the inside of the exhuast housing on the turbo is black). could i tune this with just an apexi afc? stock injectors/maf. thanks!
