Ok i am getting ready to run my new fuel line and i was told something that just did not seem right to me. Does it matter were i mount my Fuel filter or does it need to be in a specific spot. i though its pretty much were ever you can find a good secure spot for it, but i have been wrong befor
I am using a aeromotive fuel filter if you are wondering.

i believe that as long as you have it set up correctly for flow, any safe and secure spot should be fine since it is pressurized and not gravity fed.

thats exactally what i though, i was told i have to mount it in the engine bay and thats the only place it should be.:-/

Just keep it away from high heat areas and you should be fine. Plenty of people have mounted them inside the frame rails underneath the car and have had no issues what so ever. Mount it somewhere it's easy for you to access to clean/replace in the future.
