oh god. oh god.

lets count the fail:

1) rb20
2) br hooked up to ebrake
3) settings

you wont blow your trubo, you will send a rocker arm into space, unless you have some updated valetrain you failed to mention.

it doesnt hook up to your ebrake, sorry, but you wil have to operate it yourself.

AND, best setting is the one that gets you the most noise and biggest fireball.

E-Brake connection is to switch over to your "Launch Control" or 2nd setting I believe

Had one of these on my SR - fun lil toy before my car ate a rocker arm (damn SR20) goodluck

Have you ever had a Bee-R? You hook it up to your e-brake for the "launch control" so it revs at a certain RPM when it's up.

I have one on my RB20 and it blew up my turbo. haha. Still love the thing to death.

Im looking at getting one of these for a launch control on my SR....But with the ceramic turbos on the RB20 I can see why they blew....but as long as you had fun...lol

Assuming your NEO is from Japan, it will be a Garrett steel/ceramic blade combo. Nylon wheels only came on the Australian NEOs.
