turbo backfire?

when im in 1st and go into boost around 4 psi it would sounds like a fluttering backfire???? im not sure about the other gears because i dont want to damage anything. i have it set to boost at 8 and it worked perfectly for a while and all of a sudden this happened. i dont know what it could be?

its a t28 turbo, hks internal actuator, megan racing maifold, megan racing tubo elbow, and circuit sport downpipe stock exhaust.
im running a hks ssqv 3 bov but tomorrow im replacing with a greddy type s since its adjustable since im having compressor surge and weird idle problems.

never mind. i had a terrible exhaust leak from the manifold to turbo which is why i was loosing boost and have backfire problems.
