Weird Fuel Problem???

Just picked up a S13 4 days ago. Ran fine first 2 days (it felt under powered compared to all my other 240sx's in the past) but it does have 240K miles.

Now when i go to start it it starts up then dies if i dont hit the gas, then floods out. I then have to let it sit for 30 minutes to dry out, then start it again.

After that it seems to run normal except when i stop at a red light for about 1 - 2 minutes, when i hit the gas it stumbles for second then it back to normal driving.

Anyone ever experience the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!



PS: ITs completely stock and a 93 Convertible

**UPDATE - Rented a fuel pressure tester, car wont start but turned the key so the fuel pump would preload, its at 42 PSI but slowly starts going down. So its not holding pressure.
