first of i have s14 sr20det blacktop into and s14 chassis with a hks ssq 3 bov and it flutters really badly. sounds cool but i know that could be a problem for the turbo and theres no way to adjust it... what can i do? i also have almost all the vacuum lines ran except for one of the nipples under the throttle body has no line to it. it seems like it should be connected with something but when i plug a line to it it starts to idle low and stall out. where should it go? and when i drive and and go up to around 5k rpm and release gas my idle also drops to about 100???? i know theres tons of people that have this car running perfect but most are asses and just say look at the fsm. ive tried and searched but nothing. also my fpr had a line already connected when i got the motor

search...lol and read the fsm. there are tons of threads on this topic.
Your bov should be connected directly to a vacuum source on throttle body. It looks like you t-tapped it from another source in your pics.
Reason your idle drops low when releasing gas might be because you didn't re-circulate your bov.
adjusting your spring on the bov to make it softer might help with the flutter

yea its being t'd off. so which nipple under my throttle body would be best to run a direct line to the bov? also have one nipple under the throttle body open the far left and if i run a line to it, it stalls out. its that for the emissions or what? and yea after good rev or 5k rpm then put in neutral it drops to about 100 rpm....
