Ok so here it is. Rb20 in a s13 hatch. Ran fine until one day and it felt like there was no spark and fuel. Look at the plugs and its autolites. Change plugs with one step colder ngk gapped at .8 mm. Ran damn good until today. Doing the same thing. Well noticed the ignition control module was just laying on the valve cover. Zip tied that to the firewall for now. ran fine until a couple of mins ago. Gave it hell in 3rd and it stutters and hesitates like hell. It' on stock psi and I cleaned the maf twice. Has 40 psi fuel pressure at idle. Anything I need to check or any suggestions will help me alot!

Vac/Boost leak check ECU for codes
Haven't done boost leak check but ecu isn't throwing any codes. Some other pple are saying the cas. Anyone else think this could be it. I'll be checking everything.at work tomorrow on my lunch. Also coolant temp sensor seems to not be working on my cluster. Another person said sometimes that can do it. Never heard that before ever

Also it only does the bucking and misfire when its warm.. its does hesitate when cold but not bad. So far this is what I need to check. Cas, coils, ignitor. Anything else

Put new coolant temp sensor in it for the ecu. Seems to run a bit better. But I haven't drove it a lot yet. Has anyone here done the wasted coil setup and if so how do u like it

I did the wasted GM coil pack convertion back in the day. It was a perfect upgrade. When ever the coil box goes out you are only out 100bux. Compaired to other options, that is a killer deal. There is grand nationals running 10s all day with this coil set up. Perfect upgrade IMO.
I ended up doing the GM coil convertion because my rb was cutting out. I did the swap and it still cut out. It ended up being the little black hose that goes arross the valve covers had a crack in it. The maf was getting un-read air, there for the cause of the cut out.
