No Power steering

I have an Rb swap in a 91 240 w/hicas.

It has no power steering.

Been driving like that for a while.

My RB power steering unit circulates fluid but the steering wheel is still stiff.

How can I get power steering to work?

is it hooked right and did you bleed it?

Well I want to delete the hicas anyway but I'm not sure how. But no, I haven't bled the system.

How do you bleed power steering on an s13 by the way, hope is not to difficult.

something like getting the front wheels off the ground, turning the wheels left and right, but not to lock. Fill the resavoir if necessary, then turn the wheels lock to lock, fill if necessary. Then repeat again with the wheels on the ground. You want no air bubbles in the system.

you need to take out the fins in the pump it self.
take the 4 bolts on the back on the PS pump off
and you will see or feel the fins. take them all out.
thats whats stopping your PS
