s15 sr20det into my 96 zenki and pass emissions? How?

like the title days...today my sister totaled her hatch on highway 270 and I'm wanting to pick up a 96 s14 I found for a good price...now I live in missouri and we have emissions for cars that have OBD2 in them so anything 95 and up gets emissions...now I have a s15 spec r sr20det sitting in my garage that I'm wanting to put in that zenki...my question is...how do I do the swap and still pass emissions every year or so? I do have a AEM ecu for it as well if that helps

You swap engines every time you need to pass, find a emissions shop that will break the law for you, or you swap in a 95 or older.
Im assuming they are doing a obd2 port scan on you and not a tailpipe check.
