Please help i need it asap!!!

So i just finished puttng on my 18g turbo on and my exhaust heads glow red! A couple buddies of mine say its my timing and others say i need to mess with my ECU. I really need my car since its my only car.
the thing is that before this turbo i had a t3t4 that i bought on ebay.. yeah i know super bad mistake. But the reason i put it on was because someone had stolen the stock t28 that i had on it so i had to put this one on that i had chilling in my garage. But i didnt mess with the timing or anything i just changed it and go. can some one please help me fix this whole problem im extremly lost..

You need to port and polish your heads in your motor.

Here are the steps
- Get a bag of sand, any grit, it wont matter as it will go through so fast and exit your muffler.
-Start the car, take a good couple handfuls and place in Air filter( filter box without filter)
-Rev at about 4-5 Grand and do so for 10 mins.
- by then the red should be gone.
-You'll thank me.



Do not listen to this guy. What he told you has nothing to do with why your header is glowing red.




Timing is off or you are running to lean.
