Rom tuning / recirculation?

Hey guys just getting a rom tune and had a question as far as running my bov i was wondering if a rom tune will correct for the recirc problems or if i will still have to recirc the system or get some sort of piggyback that could simply get rid of it.

I just recirculated my Rb25 last weekend and it ran so much better. It fixed my dying when I let off the gas so that's a plus. It's also sweet to just hear the turbo the whole time. I did notice surge at lower boost, but I believe it might be from my bov spring being really tight.
