this happened to me too recently and im actually going to to fix it today
you should clean the aicv and the mafs it might help and check for vaccume leaks it turns out for me that my intake manifold gasket was tore up some and leaking air causeing my car to idle like shit like everytime i would roll to a stop it would stall out but while on the throttle and moving it runs perfect but yea just clean those parts and check real good for vaccume leaks

Sounds like a dead/dying fuel pump.

it sounds like both responses you got could be the cause...the cheapest way to go about it would be to check your vaccume lines, make sure theyre propper then check your fuel pump. if you need details on how to check either or just post it or pm me.

This happened to me, too. I took it to my dads shop and he told me to check all plugs and vacuum lines. I started with the plugs and as soon as I tightened up the MAF sensor, car started running just fine. I then unlplugged the MAF sensor and sprayed battery cleaner in it (recommended by my dad a.k.a. the mechanic) to clean out any erosion and plugged it back in and no problems since.

Long story short, my problem was due to the MAF sensor. So try checking yours.
