KA24DE rough idle & dies

I bought this car and needs some work. It was running strong and fast, but now it started to idle rough but was able to keep it going. Well, if i stand and hold my MAF connector in a certain spot, it will idle ok, but the moment I let go, idles bad then dies...


Anyone ever had this problem?

you found your problem. the maf wiring is bad or damaged, fix that (run and solder new wires) and clean the maf with CRC maf cleaner.
