Haha im sorry bro. I know your sick of hearing about the wheels and shit....and i didnt mean to keep rambling about them, but i just didnt want to see the quarters unnecessarily brutalized. But for your new 18x10.5 et0 wheels will definitely utilize the widebody.

The 650hp and shit is definitely equally as important as the fitment and stance haha :D

And i am also very very interested in seeing what numbers (and where) the new EFR borg warners really put out. The titanium wheel will certainly spark up in other brands as well if its really as light and spool happy as they say.

650bhp at the wheels sounds very odd, as bhp is engine horsepower, without accessories and drivetrain losses. I'd say whp if you'll be measuring with a chassis dyno.

Maybe I don´t explain very well, I´m not very good talking in english and I don´t tell you what parts the car have and what other parts we are planing to fit :)

We will fit all my arms and other staff from my s14. Lower arms, tension rods, traction rods, rear lower arms, ARB. For Drift I always use -4,5 of front camber and -0,5 rear camber and a littel extra toe.

We will fit an ARC intercooler, a r32 GTR Modified LSD. The car have a Jic Magic 10kg at front and 7 kg rear, so it´s ok for track use. The car hava a ORC bidisc clutch, who it´s ok for now.

A new pedals too, hidraulic handbrake, and many other parts, i willshare with you when I remember :)

the turbo will be the borg warner EFR 7670 with t4 .9 ar.gt30 spool, gt35 flow :)

and the ingenier says about 650 bhp with this turbo at 1,9 bar boost. They say this turbo with a 2JZ will give us great response :)

With my old s14 for drift I always use -4,5 of front camber and -0,5 rear camber and a littel extra toe or sometimes rear 0 toe, but we will cut the front wheel arches and will make it new and bigger, so I guess we will try more negative camber at front, something like -5 or more,and extra castor at front. Rear, with the new HP and the other upgrades we don´t know yet, but I´m pretty sure I will use near 0 camber and near 0 toe or 0 toe.

The car go towed to the track so it´s no problem use massive negative front camber and it´s better for drift :)

yes, there is a driftings series in spain. Last two years has been like a friends meeting in a track, with no a lot of spectators, but now a new guy it´s managing the series and he get national tv coverage for this year, so we expect the sponsors start supporting the sports here :)

What are the holes in the side of the tubing that have been welded up for?

I think that's for strengthen the soldering, because they are two pieces, one is the tubing and the other piece is the machined one. When you weld the pieces, you put the machined piece inside of the tubing and then you weld it. So the holes are for strengthen the machined part that's inside of the tubing and in this way there is not so much stress between the welded parts.

The engine moved back 5 cm and is lowered about 3 cm. Better distribution and center of gravity. We can not moved more back for the front roll cage cross bars

Thats our intention, but we have no time, we need to finish the car and run half season at least , so the next evolution will be the front structure.

You can see here how we have cut the front and we have fit some reinforcements to fix the old light´s structure

Is the radiator too tall to mount vertically, further back? Those sons-a-bitches weigh quite a bit full of water. Because of their weight and for protection from minor crashes I tried to mount my C&R radiator as far back as possible. With my LS swap I was able to move the lower stock mounts back almost 6 inches!

we will fit a 45 mm bar in front to protect the rad and de IC. We ahve fitted in V mount to inprove the air flow. We don´t know how will be the weight but we will fit the ATL Fuel Cell and the baterry in the trunk and will test :)

seat harness bolts welded, seat rails, boot finished, interior stiching finished, front end finished, gusseting finished.

jsut need to turn it over again, finish stiching, weld up some holes, and finish side exit for exhaust.

cas is so low now, we opted to have 2 side exit exhausts, going through the chasis. (dont worry about the stock frame chopping up, it will have a beafy reinforcement over it :P

I think that his cage can definitely overcome the fact of shitty fiberglass doors. And I seriously doubt he's gonna put this thing on the street so he doesn't need to worry about getting blasted at a 90* angle.

Um.... What does the cage have anything to do with door glass. Or side impact safety for that matter. I'm referring to the door being able to hold glass unless this is strictly a track only, sunny clear weather car. Then it's a moot point.

Thank you, it has been a long build, but every day it´s a day less to start the engine, I ´m thinking that after all this time probably I lost a lot of drifting skills

the car is for track use only :) here in spain if the police see me inside this for the streets probably will shoot me or something :axe:

We use fiber glass doors because we have roll cage, without cage it´s better don´t use fiber doors, for safety

well, we are thinking about use black border lexan windows and silicone to attach it, the black border will hide the silicone and will look like a street window.

PS: I don´t know if in USA you call silicone to the material wich paste things like glasses and plastics, that´s how we call it here and I don´t know the english word sorry:)

You are correct! I have lexan going in mine as well and I'm just concerned the silicone will not hold such a light weight piece of lexan without help from a few bolts or rivets. I could see the front and back but the quarter glass is where I'm concerned it would come off at high speeds. Please snap a photo or two when you install the windows if it's not too much trouble :)

yep! testing lock and steering rack modifications :)
