A. Why would the alternator need to be upgraded because of an overbore?

B. Why are you asking about your Toyota in a Nissan specific forum?

3. Who taught you English?

Ok, enough of me being a dbag. No, the bore change wont affect your engines need for a higher output alternator. If you were running a large stereo system, or something that is putting an excessive amount of strain on the cars battery/electrical system, then youd need to upgrade your alternator. Simply having an overbored engine is no reason to require a bigger alternator.

Now this is an interesting concept, lol. Don't think I've ever combined the two. Now I must try.
