i swapped in my ka24de and when i crank it, it idles really rough and wont stay running, and if i give it any throttle it dies. like if i just floor it, it will bog down and die immediately. It also backfires through the intake tube sometimes i dont know what it could be any help would be appreciated.

Ignition or Mechanical?

Sounds like Mechanical Timing

But Also check for Vacuum leaks
