i know the neo has been discussed left and right....comparing it to the regular 25 and the 26, but i cant seem to find a solid answer as to what forged pistons you can put in a neo....
someone with confidence and experience please let me know. i have a crap rb25 and crap tranny in my car and will be buy a neo motor/tranny set and will be doing a hone and forged pistons first off to avoid cracking ringlands like my standard 25 did

Any aftermarket RB25 piston is made for the NEO. No difference in pistons between the two engines.

i know the neo has rb26 rods or similar....are rb25 and 26 rods different length?

RB26 is a stroker RB25 (basically) So rod lengths are different. Google is your friend man.

Google gave me three forums that say the rb26 and rb25 have the same length rods. Just because a motor is a stroked doesn't means different length rods....hence why I'm asking if a regular rb25 aftermarket piston will work with the neo no problems
