Do you feel inadequate? Sometimes feel like your <500whp car just isn't enough anymore? Well then do I have the cure you, step right up and take a look at this deal:

RB30 Series II Short Blocks ZOZMZGZ

I've realized I don't have the room for three of these and I have one for myself, so here are the extra two for sale. As you can see they have all the accessories on them and all the brackets. Nothing is bent and everything is clean, these are not rust bucket motors like a lot of the ones you see for sale. These are for the base of the mother of all RB builds.

I'd love to have them picked up but I'd be willing to ship if you're willing to pay, I have a pallet and a forklift so it could go freight which will be cheaper.

I will deliver within a reasonable distance for the cost of gas, I will provide receipts and you will be buying me McDonald's before I drive back home.

These things are one hell of a wait from Australia and shipping/import tax/customs usually runs over a grand so I'm going to say I need to at least get my money back out of it.

PM me here I'm here everyday
I take paypal

$1100+shipping

Sorry for the indoor pics but they are all I have for now. If you've seen these things for sale before you know that these are amazingly rust free and clean.

Common questions about these are:

Q: Will a RB26 head bolt right to these?
A: Yes after you have the head stud holes in the block machined from 12mm to 14mm they will bolt right up.

Q: Will a RB25 head bolt right to these?
A: No, the above machining has to be done and there are some water jackets that need to be enlarged (this doesn't "HAVE" to be done for it to work, but it is advised)

Q: Will a RB25 neo head bolt right to these?
A: Yes.

Q: How much should the machining cost to get my RB26/25 head to work?
A: I've had two blocks done for each head in the past, never paid over $200 from a VERY reputable shop.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Usually to a business address anywhere from $200-$400 depending on the distance, a little more for a residential address. (If you know of a cheaper way I will be more than happy to do whatever it takes to use it)

Q: How much do you eat at McDonald's?
A: About $6 bucks

Q: Do you have a head that you will sell with these:
A: Yes I have a R33 GTR RB26 head I will sell with one of them, complete, PM me for details.

Any other questions should be posted in here so I can answer them in open forum in case anyone else has the same question.

Wow guy here in NC sells these all day for $300-400 bucks. Don't know the condition but yours look pretty good.

Being from NC, and the fact that when I bought these I lived in NC, I highly doubt good RB30 blocks sell for $300-400 each. I have the freight bill for over $2000 for four blocks. That's not including buying the blocks, or paying the other fees involved. Think about it, it cost $300 to ship a block coast to coast, do you really think it cost less than that to ship it around the world? Just search RB30 on this site and see what these sell for. And I've also searched CN for these and they don't come up on there either. The cheapest these blocks can be had online is about $600 completely stripped and rusted out.

I would be interested but I don't have money for McDonalds...

I am actually driving to Miami/south Florida on December 15th. So we could definitely work something out for cheap on shipping cost since I'm going that way anyhow. This goes for anyone else along my route down there throughout Charlotte NC (to see my mom) or Wilmington (to see friends). That can be worked out to save any of you money on shipping.

Great looking blocks! $1,100 for legit RB30 shortblocks!

....$300 for RB30's would just be a block. No pistons, crank, rods, oil pan, accessories... etc etc.

How much power are the stock internals good for? Im assuming these blocks would have to be built. Man if I didnt have a bunch of stuff to buy still to finnish up my s14 Id jump on this instantly. Killer deal so bump for you! Already imported RB30 blocks usually sell close to $1500 without the mounts, p/s and a/c pumps, oil pan, and flywheel.

I know R.I.P.S. in New Zealand has proven ~600whp on stock internals.

Sorry I should have answered this in the original post. If you go on Skylinesaustralia.com you can see where people have made 600 and up on the stock lower end. With that said, these blocks are suited for rebuild, meaning that they are simply used blocks, without any failure. So a stock rebuild would be recommended at the bare minimum. The stock parts obviously can be had a lot cheaper than say spool rods and forged pistons.

Like stated above, its rare to find these with all the accessories and brackets undamaged and this is a killer price. I'm getting a LOT of interest on these because of the price. Unlike a lot of other blocks listed online I'm not trying to make a couple hundred dollars per block, I'm just trying to get my money back. Someone jump on this deal fast, as I have 3-4 seriously interested parties at the moment.

Alright I have a deposit on one block pending pick up. The other one is still for sale. I wanted to add that I have a brand new set of McKinney motor and trans mounts along with the steel driveshaft for sale too if anyone needs them with the block we can cut a deal. I also have lots and lots of other RB swap stuff, I had this stuff pieced together to do a swap but I've gone LS2 instead.

Lets bump this up for the local buyer backing out on one block. This means both are still avaliable, I have a R33 RB26DETT head complete and clean that I can work into a deal if someone is looking for a long block set up to build a beast from. Lets get these things sold.

Alright, since the holidays are almost over and I'll be back home in a few days. Lets get some serious buyers interested in these things. Like I said I have a RB26 head minus the cams also, a McKinney motor and trans mount set brand new, and a McKinney steel driveshaft that are all also for sale.

That's a pretty stupid statement. Why would it be any different than tuning any other motor?

Racinjitter
01-21-2011, 08:35 PM
Agreed. That statement makes no sense at all.

01-22-2011, 08:11 AM
cause i'm just gonna drop a 26 in with some n1's and go wouldn't i have to tune a 30 off the bat to account for the change in displacement?

Racinjitter
01-22-2011, 10:19 AM
You should tune it with the N1 crap also. Quit being a noob and buy this stuff!

is there...if any, a weight difference between the rb30 and rb26 block?

Magical Trevor
02-17-2011, 09:04 AM
I know the 30 block is about 40mm taller than a 26. So I would say somewhere around 20-30lbs.
