last month....got a new meagan racing radiator and new water pump installed. everything ran fine.....then yesterday i smell coolant i pull over and see coolant dripping on the ground....its not coming from the upper or lower radiaotor hoses...its coming from under where the oil filter is or manifold...some where in that area...!!!!
and im not spitttin out white smoke from the tailpipe....also checked the oil and its not milky.... so im sure i dont have a blown head gasket.....not sure what to think....any words of wisdom?????????
and its a ka24de!!!!

heater hose or maybe one of the coolant lines on the manifold or maybe a freeze plug.

you might to take the manifold off to replace those hoses.
i had a friend that was leaking water from the water lines between the manifold and the head
good luck.

freeze plug, or intake manifold. There is coolant that runs through the manifold.

I have a leak from the same area and I took a good look at this area and if I had to guess Id say they were the original hoses. They're pretty cracked.

While you did find your problem, for those with similar issues, it often is not a bad idea to get the cooling system pressure tested to spot the leaks as well. This way you can check for leaks without the engine running, and not worry about being burnt/hurt while troubleshooting either.
