bought the car then a week later I noticed the wires had melted onto the plugs. Got new spark plugs, wires, distrbuter cap, and rotor and now itll turn but wont start. Checked timing and it is good, I have spark, and I have gas. Tried a different ECU and still wont start. I also checked to see if it would throw a code and it threw a 55 please help I need a DD!

If the spark plug wires got hot enough to melt on to the plugs, you've overheated the engine.
There's likely low compression in one or more cylinders, not enough for it to start, do a compression test.
