vacuum leak/rpm stuttdering after 3k

i think ive got a vacuum leak or a boost leak guys. i need help figuring it out. i used carb cleaner and sprayed it into a few of my vacuum lines and the car dies. that means that theres a vacuum leak right? if so, what is the best way to find out where its at. i sprayed carb cleaner around the engine as well, didnt find anything

my car, after about 3k rpm, it studders. the rpm hops and jumps around. what do you guys think this may be?

i changed out the turbo actuator and im running out of ideas.
