ok so i rebuilt my engine and did a 5speed swap. its a 92' ka24de. at first timing was off and i couldnt get it to start. i did some research and finally got it to tun on and run but i still think timing is off, why? well because when i turn it on the rpm needle stays between 1500-2000rpms, then when i rev the engine to 4000rpms the engine idles/acts like if i was reving it past 7000rpms...any ideas of why?? ...also the engine overheats, water pump is new, i replaced the thermostat and flushed the radiator cleaned the radiator hoses...these are the two problems that i really help with to get my 240 to be running healthy.ive ran out of ideas so please help me out, give me your opinion on what it might be or if you've had that same problem, what was it and how'd you fix it....thanks
