I've been trying to narrow down my high idle issue on my KA24DE. When cold it idles at 2000 rpm and at 900 when warmed up. All emissions lined are gone, and only the vacuum lines needed are running on the engine; so vacuum leak isn't probable. Today I took my digital multimeter and tested the TPS as seen here: ka24de-checking-tps-and-adjusting-idle-t161700.html (http://forums.nicoclub.com/ka24de-checking-tps-and-adjusting-idle-t161700.html)
When closed it reads 8.5 ohms and WOT it reads 1.4. I'm testing it with the clip facing up and the first two pins. Could the TPS be the problem?
