Hey guys. I put a freddy intake manifold on my RB25 a while ago and am still sorting through the problems. I took apart & painted my fuel rail. When I put it back together, had leaking injectors. Tried some aftermarket o rings, still leaked. Tried OEM nissan o rings, and it got a lot better, but I think I still have some leaking.

My main question is about the intake manifold gasket. I can see some puddling of dark liquid (looks to be mostly gas plus a little oil?) on the top of the intake runners on the 6th cylinder.

Would a leaking intake manifold gasket have anything to do with the oil system? I thought it was just coolant that ran through the manifold. Or could the gasket be causing some of the oil problems?

Any ideas/help is appreciated. Thanks

Did you lube the Injectors O Rings when you installed them?

Pull the rail and apply Fuel pressure and fix the leak before putting it back on

I find once the inj are installed Ill rotate them back and forth a little to help it seal
