Ok, so I just changed the headgasket. I put the key in the on position, but the fuel pump wont prime.. car obviously wont start. Check engine light is on. I jumper the closest terminals at the EGI relay and the fuel pump turns on and stays on, but the car still wont start. I also grounded the black/pink wire at the EGI relay, and that doesnt change anything.

Any ideas? Am I forgetting something?

Update: Changed spark plugs, spark plugs wires, distributor, and all relevant fuses in the car.
It's basically the same. It cranks but wont start. I unplugged the fuel injectors and tried to start it and it started like twice with that process, ran for like 2 seconds, I kept the throttle to the floor trying to keep it alive, but it died. Then I tried cranking it with the fuel injectors plugged in and then pulled a plug to see if it was just getting flooded but the spark plug was bone dry.
Any ideas?

Are you sure you didn't hook up the fuel lines backwards?
I've heard of this happening more then once.

If you pull a spark plug and keep it on the valve cover do you get spark?

Since you have your rail pulled anyways tried to start it a couple of times, does fuel spray out?

At this point I'd check your battery voltage too, if it gets too low the fuel pump won't prime.
