Help me save money on my KA setup!

I've already bought:

The engine itself
Bored to 89.5 MM, honed
Block and head resurfaced
Eagle rods
Supertech 8.6:1 pistons
Port/Polish head
Freeze plugs
Turbo drain bung
Thermal intake gasket
ARP main studs

I still need:

Main and rod bearings - 76.00
ARP head studs - 100.00
Timing kit - 150.00 (looking to save cash here)
Full engine gasket kit - 150.00 (and here)
Clutch - 150.00
Valve keepers - ??

Pretty much I'm asking if anyone knows of cheap but good clutches? i was thinking of an XTD stage 4. And does anyone know of a cheap high quality gasket kit, or timing kit? im looking for as close or just as good as OEM...just wanna get this thing done! A brand new OEM nissan gasket kit is 150.00 which I'm fine with, but if there is a cheaper option, I'm definitely down!

Also, does anyone know where I can get some valve keepers? I've seen the ferrea's, but I just want stock valve keepers. I have mine, but don't want to re-use them.

bro just wait alittle more time and please dont get that cheap clutch....there times u can cheap on some things but not the clutch,..i bought an f1 clutch cause i was to anxious and it was the worst clutch ever to be put in a ka..a used oem clutch would have worked better lol

the gasket set you can dfinately go cheapy on its 37 bucks for a gasket set..,,,just dont cheap on the head gasket...37 for the engine gasket set and another 100 for a cometic head gasket

Don't know where you got 150 for a timing kit. This is a good one though:

You won't be pulling your valves out of those nice pistons you bought.

Same with the clutch. don't build a great motor thats no fun to drive get a decent clutch. search for the white bunny setup. If you get a used flywheel resurfaced you might be able to keep in budget for clutch.

West Covina Nissan sells the OEM timing chain kit, this is cheapest I've been able to find it.

dont go the cheap route, get the good stuff and instead of risking your entire build. The little extra you spend now will be well worth it later
