Please help

(s13 91 dohc 5speed)
i took my car to the mechanic today cuz i suspected my fuel tank had some rust in there and it runs out i was right, my fuel tank IS so dirty it haS like dried oil in there, it just lookS Bad!!!!!!!!!!
i looked online and ebay FOR A NEW ONE and I JUST CANT FIND ONE =(
if i dont get one soon my fuel pump is gonna die
does anybody know where to get em????!!????!!!:tweak:

i got my car dropped off at work and when i got into the car i reAlized my fuel gauge is all the way downnnnnnnnnnnnnn!! i was like wtf!??
i has never given me any problems =/
anybody knows what could cause this????

Fuel Sender/Floater wasn't placed back properly or broken..
