Search function lacks pagenav

I'm not well versed in the vbulletin boards but I noticed that when I get my search results there is no pagenav function.

IE when I get a thread with 75 replies I don't have the option of skipping right to the last page if I want to. This function would be particularly useful when combined with the "show new only" search as I don't need to see the first pages on most of the posts just the last one's which I haven't read.

Is there any way to get this function implemented? It's no biggie if it can't be done with this particular version etc. Just wanted to point it out and hope for the best.

Not sure what the problem could be. IIRC its there when I do a search. We will upgrade the the new vB 3.0 Beta very soon, so hopefully this will be fixed.

Well I have seen the function work on other vbulletin based boards though I'm not sure what build they are using. If the function works for you with admin rights and not for normal users perhaps its a permissions setup? I'm attaching an image of what I'm talking about just to make sure that I make sense...
