YouTube - rb25 first start problem (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wAHOjSPeHkk)

okay thats how my neo rb25 is acting right now. and ive been reading things about this base timing thing and aprently the crank pulley is suppose to be at 15 degrees or something like that? thats like the ignition timing or something like that am i right?

well i have mine at tdc which is like the line all the way to the left on the crank pulley. i feel like thats why its running like this.

can anyone help me with this

what happens when you try to drive it?

sounds like a loose belt, and a vacuum/boost leak. Also, take apart and clean your ACC valve, the gold cylindrical lookin thing at the back of your intake manifold. Be careful with the little spring that falls out.

i havent driven it yet with this condition loll

and yeah i knew that the belt for the alternator and the water pump was loose. but have you ever heard of the 15 degree thing tho? like putting the crank pulley line at the 4th which is 15 degrees. i heard thats the right base timing or the ignition timing or something liek that
