Car revs and dies

I have a 95 s14,I was driving and started to go again then it started to act wierd like it didn't want to go.it will start but won't rev past 2500.and I I let it sit there it will die.the CEL is on from an o2 sensor so I don't know if it's something else but I just changed the fuel filter and it has the same problem.help please

it sounds like it could be you maf you might wanna test it bc my friends car did the same thing and it turns out his was bad just a thought.

MAF or O2 Sensor. just replace both

Start your car, take a 6" 3/8 drive extension or something similar, and wack the top of the maf sensor. If younotice ANY change in the way the motor runs, replace the maf and you're done. A bad O2 sensor will not cause these symptoms, it will just throw a code and make your car run rich.
