Did you recently replace the clutch and did you use the clutch alignment tool?

its a oem clutch it has about 1.5k miles on it ? the vibration only happens if i push it in and the vibration stops if i push it in all the way it doesnt vibrate on idle only when i start to clutch in

No, you keep the clutch in. If it moves then you will need to bleed and adjust it.
I'm just trying to help figure it out...all cars have a vibratey clutch pedal, so I'm trying to single out things for you (aka: troubleshooting)

you probably need to adjust the pedal cuz it vibrates when the car is supoosed to get gas but it isnt but goes nowhere
