Ok so I just recently put on my 2871 .64 w/ the adjustable actuator that came with it.
First dyno I went to without the blitz controller the boost would hold steady at .9 bar.
Then when we flicked on the b.c once the car hit full boost it would fluctuate 2-3psi.
So automatically I was like boost controller is faulty. So I get an AVCR which my bro previously had installed and worked great.
Same thing again, with it off a steady .9 bar. Turn the thing on and put up the boost a little bit and again fluctuating 2-3psi again!
At this point Im thinking must be the w/g actuator but without the b/c on it will keep it steady.

Any ideas from anyone would be great, I have a dyno tues morning then straight after a track session :rant2:

Looked at turbobygarrett.com to check my actuator:

743347-4 features a low boost actuator adjustable down to 6 psi

Could need a stronger actuator?

Did you play with the gain at all?

You're going to always have issues with internal gate like this, and controllers...they simply suck. If anything, try putting a little 'preload' on the actuator arm and re install it

In that case Im just going to adjust it via the actuatyor arm, thanks Cody.

Certainly play with the 'mechanical' aspect first, andd then play with the controller. With internal gate, I liked a LOT of gain
