If you have an issue let us or any ISIS dealer know and they will get it taken care of right away.

Very easy warranty procedures. I think we have only had to warranty 1-2 of their rads in the last 2 years.

I was more looking for an "official policy." What exactly is covered/not covered?

It is a life time warranty against manufacturer defects. If you get it and there is a hole in it they will replace it. If you wreck your car and break your rad, they will not. :o)
