I have a 1601 AEM EMS (series one box) in my S13 SR20DET 240. It has been converted over to speed density (AEM 3.5BAR map sensor and AEM IAT). I have the electric fan's ran off a relay that is controlled by the AEM EMS(l/s ground). The problem's I am having right now are the coolant temp spikes from 170-175 down to 140 or so and then back up and can go back and forth. So the fan comes on and off. Also the MAP reading fluctuates too. This causes timing and fueling change's. Neither happen at specific vehicle speeds, loads or RPM's. All my grounds are good and tight, the harness is in pretty good shape (took entire harness apart, checked wiring and retaped). All connections are soldered and shrink wrapped. Everything thing else to my knowledge works fine on this car. It will do this when parked or when driving and it goes away and then comes back. I attached screen shots of the each log.
