ok so when i put my CAS into the head it will only line up with the notch if i crank the CAS all the way clock wise, and YES the motor is at TDC...

when i set my timing with a timing light, it will only go up to 14 BTC, i want it at 17...
anyone know why its like this? i even tried to advance it a tooth and i ended up at like 20BTC, lol
im assuming i need to retart my cams a little bit?
