Have a CARFAX SERVICE....costs 5 bucks a user with a visa car to Zilvia for providing the service. In turn it will be moderated and a zilvia account will run it.

All proceeds go to West for service support.


Think this could work as being a subcontractor for carfaxes?

that would be something that would have to be arranged through CARFAX, and seeing as how it'd reduce their profits, I don't see it as being likely. It's an interesting thought though.
