My 1991 Nissan 240sx S13 with SR20DET got dyno and here is the mod list.

Engine:
1996 SR20DET Blacktop w/ Garrett GT2871r .64
Apexi 1.2mm head gasket
Arp studs
Tomei 256 cams
Brian crawler springs, retainers
Cp pistons, rods

Fuel:
Nissan oem 740cc injectors
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Sard fuel regulator w/ gauge
Splitfire Direct Ignition Coils

Breathing:
Z32 n62 MAF
Apexi power intake filter
Greddy intake piping
Greddy VSPL intercooler
HKS SSQV Bov
Greddy intake manifold
Fullrace exhaust manifold (bottom mount)
Garrett dump pipe
Megan test pipe
RSR Ex-mag

Drivetrain:
DSS aluminum driveshaft
Toda lightweight flywheel
Exedy 3 puck clutch

Electronics:
Blitz SBC id boost controller
Apexi PowerFC with commander

Questions:

1) Are my dyno curves look good?
2) If I set the boost controller 0 boost, it means stock boost right? Then, I should have 6-7 psi for stock internal wastgate for Garrett GT2871r turbo. Then why the chart show 0 psi (3rd pic of the "Multiple runs")?
3) How do I correct the 10 psi boost creep shown on the 3rd pic of the "Multiple runs"? Should I set the gain on the boost controller differently?

Thanks!

Whats you timing look like from 4k to 8k in the load row that correlates to 17psi? Should be around 14-18 degrees depending on octane.

Whats the lift on those 256 tomei cams?

At that boost pressure that turbo should be capable of maintianing a flat torque curve beyond 6k. The quantity of torque isnt so important as it is to note that its droping at 6k. Something in the system is choking. My guess would be the cams.

Yes, bigger cams and a Greddy intake manifold will keep that torque curve from dropping off as early

I am not sure about the lift. I bought the car that already modded. So if I know the part #, I can find that out, right?

Is my T25 bottom mounted exhaust manifold choking?

It will eventually, but not yet it's not.

People are able to push ~400-420 whp and 300-330 ft-lbs tq with that turbo, provided you have good supporting mods and the right cams and intake manifold.

I would say with where your dyno is at right now, it is not choking at all, you are operating in the "sweet spot" of the turbo.

Is my AFR line consider smooth? I want to make sure the tune is safe enough for drifting and tracking.
