I have recently installed a s15 t28 turbo, Mishimoto electric fan shroud and Nismo FPR. I have yet to install a z32 MAF, bigger injectors or tune the ECU. Other parts i have installed include: FMIC, Mishimoto rad, 3" straightback exhaust. How high can i set the boost and still keep my car running nice and smooth? Have i solved my fuel problems temporarily by installing the FPR? What should i set my fuel pressure to?

thank you

it will help if u have a wideband that will help

also a HKS wastegate actuator

I actually have the HKS actuator, forgot to mention it though. are you talking about a wideband A/F sensor?

with bigger injectors and the ecu tuned for your parts, you could do 17-18psi (imo)max on the s15 turbo. Although, I've "heard" guys go 19+. Use the stock fuel pressure.

well i dont have money to do that for a little while so i got the fpr so i could turn up the pressure to solve my running lean problem the bigger turbo created. can i boost up to 15psi safely now that my engine is cooled and (hopefully) fueled right or do i have to wait till i get tuned and stuff?

I dont know why ppl think S15 turbos are any different.

There is only one model of the S15 turbo thats any different and the only difference is the Exhaust housing has a divider for the W/G

And it seems the P/N are different due to Tranmissions also

So if you have this part number, then you have an "S14" Turbo

If you have this part number then you will have an "S15" turbo with the divider: But that is the only difference

Max PSI is 16psi any higher and it will fail, I just had a customers T28 seize from boosting at 17-18 PSI
