Ok here goes
The car was running fine went for a drive into town came back no problems, turned off then come to start the morning after and nothing.
the engine turns over, but doesnt start or even attempt to start.
the fuel pump is working as i can hear it.
ive checked the feed to the coil packs and they are ok. ive replaced the plugs. and checked on a diagnostics unit and it came up 55 (No fault)
I thought it could be the NATS 2 immobiliser playing up but there is a light test which invloves looking at the red flashing light on the dash and it says that the immobiliser is working fine.
Ive checked for a spark and there is no spark and the plugs are dry so no fuel neigther.
searched on some forums and came up that it could be the cam angle sensor. so ive replaced this and . . . . . still not firing.
any help would be greatly apprichiated
cheers

check the igniter.
this would not effect fuel though, but yes check it.
when my car has done this(bad ignitor) the plugs were wet w/ fuel after trying to fire for a bit.....im wondering why u dont have fuel.

well if you don't have fuel or spark I would check the ecu. haha no fuel or spark is a definite no bueno.

Do you have the little red light on your ECU? To see if it turns red with the key in on? and lights up?
You might want to open up the ECU casing and see if you see any scoring or melted capacitors
Also make sure your ignitor chip is working, see if you can swap in a buddies and see if works.
Sometimes they just go out.

Do you have voltage to the injectors and ECCS relay?

Wiring to the CAS... Check that. A lot of times the shielding gets too hot and melts, can ground out causing signal not to get back to your ecu, or worse, burn up the ecu.
