RB25 speedometer problems

I have got an rb25 swapped into my s14 and I am not getting any signal from the speed sensor. I have a brand new z32 speed sensor in my rb25 tranny, and have it connected to the Red and Red/Yellow wires on the s14 harness. I'm running a PowerFC and all other gauges in the cluster work rite, but nothing on the speedometer. I even switched the wires around on the speed sensor thinking it may have been a polarity thing. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

what did the speedo read out when you had the rb25 speed sensor in?

It didn't read anything. All wires are connected all the way to the gauge too.

if you have everything connected it should be working. maybe a dead speedo. try swapping just the speedo out with another that you know works. if that doesnt work, you have some wiring grimlinssss 0_0

Polarity is not an issue. Perform a continuity check from both wires at the cluster to the VSS and I believe you'll find a short.
