Power FC SR20

So there's a Power FC for sale that I'm interested in buying, comes with the ECU and commander the guy says it's for S13, I asked him for Redtop or Blacktop, he says it works for both. Can anyone confirm this? I don't want to be stuck with something I can't use. I have an S13 Blacktop.
