Hey guys, I need your help.

I have a e5 5spd SR20DET black top, fmic, blitz non reciculated bov, 3" turbo back exhaust, stock MAF and a walbro pump.

My problem is when I ever blip the throttle and/or revving up the engine, then when the engine comes back to idle, the idle would stumble around 300 rpm,and most of the time, the car dies. I have to restart the car every time to get it to idle right. This also occurs when I am driving and comes to a stop. Sometimes the idle will stumble and then stable itself out to be normal.

The car boost and revs fine. It runs a solid 7psi. I pressured the turbo system to test for leaks and it hold perfect at 20psi, while engine off of course. When the car is idling, it reads 20" of vacuum @ 1000rpm.

Can anyone shed some light on this issue? Anything will be greatly be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Sonny

**Edit: I found a leak at the BOV when i was pressuring the sytem at 30psi. Let me fix this first.

I have the same issue, on my ka24et. When I spray the throttlebody with carb cleaner it basically fixes it for that session of driving. I have been told I need a new throttlebody, and/or a standalone system. Not 100% but figured I'd share my issue so maybe we could figure this out.
