I swapped my motor out of my coupe into my hatch. I daily drove it for 2 weeks fine until the brakes got really bad and starter quit. So I just decided to finish my CA swap. I finished it and I took the battery, fuel pump, and maf pigtail. I just recently decided to finish the hatch so I put in a battery, fuel pump and saudered in a new pigtail. I go to start it up and It runs really rich and idles rough. I checked the ecu and it throws code 12 which is the air flow sensor. I've tried three different mafs and a different ecu. Still no luck. The connection to the maf is good and is getting a signal. Any suggesstions? Wire the maf straight to the ECU? and if so what to do with the sheilded wire? Thanks.
