So i have my exhaust mani and intake mani disconnected , removed the cams. And now im sort of stuck\ diddnt have the tools.
Got to buy a 10mm allen wrentch for the head bolts
BUT my question is, on the timing chain after you remove the top cover "two cams and one more gear"
How do i remove that shaft and what is it? "the shaft under the two camshafts"

Yes you can remove the head without the lower timing cover. What you need to do is cut a v-shaped piece of wood to hold the chain tenisioner in place or when you remove the bolt from the idler gear the tensioner will push all the way out. I put paint dots on the chain and gear just to make sure everything lines back up. Whiteout works good also. I hope this helps.

^What he said. I used whiteout to mark each sprocket thing and where it goes...oh and you're going to need the allen adapter that goes to a wrench..don't just buy an allen wrench, since when you go to put the head back on you need to use a torque wrench to have everything go back on to oem specs or you'll have issues..
