Im getting 2.5 inch pipes on my 91 nissan 240sx will i lose a lot of low end?

I have 3" piping and I noticed very little loss of low end torque.  It hasn't been dynoed but there's a seat-of-the-pants gain of probably 5-8hp on the high end, though.  The engine doesn't mind revving past 5500 so much now, too.

2.5 is good.... if u r worried then got 2 1/4
r u putting on the 2 resinators?
the big can and the little one?
well i know the big one sucks cuz it makes your car sound like it is farting when slowing down....

Why do u need the resinators?

so u dont be too loud... u know they pull u over for that...
i just dont need the attention
