KA24de Cam Help! 248/248

Hey i wanted to put a 248 exhaust cam from an altima in my 1993 240sx KA24de because there arent any 240's in my junk yard but tons of altimas with KA24's(also the guy is only charging me 5$ for a cam!!!) The setup i want to run is 248int/248exh with a 3 teeth ccw.
1.Will a 248 cam from an altima fit my 93 240sx. And if yes, what year?
2.Would i have to make any modifications?

Yes Altima cam will fit. I think you have to remove the dist. drive boss from the end of the cam.

I did all the OEM cam swaps out there, there all pointless i ended back up with stock cams and was a lot happier
