I got a S14 SR20de that needs rebuild traded for a KA so thats why I did not just buy the DET since i know I will get flamed for it. Im converting it to DET its already almost done(taped oil/water lines and piston oil squiters, and got a DET oil pump ect...)The last thing I have to do is the valves. I know on the FWD DE's the valves are not sodium filled nor are they on the RWD DE's. I want to put some DET valves in, I might even go with some supertechs. All the application list only DET's as a option though so will they fit into my DE head?
So to simplify this i want to put some DET valves into my DE, will they fit?

SR20DE exhaust valves are 5.94mm as apposed to the DET with a diameter of 6.94mm. This means new guides and seals must be purchased on the exhaust. (I am unsure of possibilities to open the existing guide to accept the larger DET valve)
Inner springs diameter may be different and the spring seat/open psi is different between DE and DET.

so if i get DET valve guides will they drop right in to the DE head then i can use the DET valves? or will i have to machine out the DE head to fit the DET guides.

According to supertech, the SR and RB engine family heads all take the GDE-NSR 6 or 7 guide with a special SRDET 7mm to 6mm conversion. I would be quick to assume they were all the same outer diameter or very close. Slight machining should no be an issue since there is material to work with. Anyone please confirm SR DE and DET are the same outer diameter guide.
Note:
The valve guide holes (head) and inner guide typically must be reamed to the correct specs. Confirm with valve/guide manufacturer.

Anyone know about RWD SR DE oil pumps are they smaller then the DET pump. i know the FWD ones are........

I would assume the s14 DE engine is the same or larger than the s13 DET, but measure the gear diameter, gear thickness and front cover since you have both right? Please post your specs here as well.
There are at least 4 or 5 different oil pumps/cover combination's Nissan used between the SR20 engine family variants. If you need a new pump and cover, I believe the s15 sr20det assembly would be the way to go.

s14 and 15 DET covers are the same
Also jus measured the guides wit a mic the outer diameters are the same so if i install det guides i can use det valves

You will be able to use the det valves. Be sure to check installed height after the swap. they should be similar between DE and DET since they all have 102.4mm length with the exception of the GTiR.
s14 and s15 gears may be different.

yeah my machin shop will handle the valve and making there there the right hight and seat correctly.
For the pumps everywhere i find on line even nismoshop lists s14 and s15 pumps as the same part #

I may just need to go over my pump specs again. I'll confirm size, volume and pressure soon.

It is a fact that the exhaust guides/valves are larger on the turbo motors but I'm not sure about the outer dia of the guide. I bet you could call JWT to verify.
