k heres the deal my car randomly started blowing out the spark one day a couple months ago at anything above 10psi on my 2871r, which is strange because ive ran it with the same setup and 18psi before with no blowout, so now im forced to run a .022 gap and it still happens occasionally, wtf is the deal? is there any way to boost spark on the sr since it has coilpacks besides going ls1 coils, ive even switched coil packs and ignitors, checked all wiring resistance with the voltmeter and grounds, no lame responses please

weak coil packs or ones that are going out might do that

What kinda plugs are you running?

How old are your plugs?

You can use an HKS DLI twinpower system, or another spark altering device that's available for the SR.

plugs are ngk iridiums 2 step colder, new and i have tried several others with the same results, i know of the hks system but i shouldnt have to spend 500 bucks on something like this when others are running over 20psi with stock coils

Is your coilpack harness grounded?

To the back of the head and the firewall like it's supposed to be?

You should never run gap less than .028 EVER, something is wrong if you ever need less gap than this
