your best bet is to hit up those Junkyards that got the newer cars, and make sure to get the ECM,BCM Nats Stuff and Ignition key ALL FROM THE SAME CAR if possible even the engine harness

best not so secret junkyard search engine

Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market (http://www.car-parts.com)

that is where i got my vq35de engine harness, dash harness, gauge cluster, oil pan, throttle pedal.

irax, I was wondering how you had them ship it. did you call and ask the junkyard to remove it and ship it to you? none of them are within driving distance to me

you just ask them to ship it, i mean they post on the internet so they KNOW that non locals are going to want parts.

People ship parts in 2009?

Seriously, any yard will ship anything you want as long as you pay for it. It's not like salvage yards suddenly became common place, they've been operating since cars were first wrecked a century ago.

i was asking because they all seem to end the conversation as soon as i ask, and just tell me its not going to be worth it. One company didnt even respond period to my emails i sent 3 or 4.

just call them up man seriously every part of my vq swap was shipped from a yard off of car-parts.com when they say shit like 'its not going to be worth it' means its not going to be worth it for them to go through the hassle. honestly i never paid more than 25 bucks for shipping... even my oilpan i paid 20 bucks for shipping.

Most places will ship, but you should also check any local spots you may have around you.

Hell, I had Z33 seats shipped from Ohio $325 for the pair back in 06/07. Really well packaged too.

alright, i was just unsure if they were being lazy assholes or actually planned on chargin me out the ass.

and as far as the yards around here, they are not very well supplied with G35s/350Z components. I have actually never seen one out in the lot, and 3 off the ones i talked to say they rarely get them out to the lot, cause people call and pick up all the parts that are salvageble

look up a company called LKQ they sell lots of stuff on ebay and they have a huge salvageyard network and I 100% gaurantee that they will ship every time.
