s13 sr20 swap start up problem

OK it would be great if someone could help me out. I have been working on swapping a s13 blacktop sr20det into my 93 240sx. I just got my wiring finished up and was going to see if the engine would whirl over or so i thought. i can turn the key on and the dash lights and stuff will come on and the red light on the ecu comes on but the car wont whirl over. I've looked the engine over for grounds that might not be hooked up and i couldnt find any.

oh no, im about to get a blacktop too
did you sear for the wiring on google?? did you do the wiring yourself?
im sure there is gotta be a write up on this somewhere

Is your starter hooked up on your lower harness? i had the same problem then remember i didnt even plug in my lower harness.... haha
